Cummins Crankcase Filters
An oil-separator element listed primarily for Cummins ISX11.9, ISX12 and X12 engines and cross-referenced to Cummins 2869874 and 2895324. Whether it is right for your engine depends on the build, the housing and the complete number on the element you are removing — suffix included.
Availability and delivery terms confirmed with quotation.
The CV50626-MF is a crankcase-ventilation element: a rectangular box-type unit with an integral red fluoroelastomer sealing ring and synthetic coalescing media. It separates oil mist from blow-by gas and controls crankcase pressure, and it fits inside a housing rather than mounting bare.
Listings do not agree on what the -MF suffix means. Some distributors carry it as a distinct part; most catalogues drop the suffix and print CV50626; one source ties the suffix to Mack-application engines. The element in your hand is the evidence. Confirm the complete number — suffix included — against the engine build record before ordering.
Scope note: Engine-service filtration for Cummins- and Perkins-powered equipment. Cummins, Perkins and Fleetguard are applications and reference names only. Confirm the build and the housing before ordering. Fleetguard is an Atmus Filtration brand, not ours. This is a reference, not a fitment certificate; the Cummins crankcase filter category covers the ventilation role.
Maker, model and full serial or build number.
Which assembly the element came out of, and whether it is ordered separately.
Including the -MF suffix and any other mark. Where the catalogue, the parts record and the old element disagree, send all three. A catalogue can print a base number and drop a suffix that is printed on the element you removed; Cummins QuickServe holds the parts record for a serial. The element in your hand is evidence; the identification guide covers reading a worn number.
We publish only the fields that agree across listings. Dimensions, media rating and service interval are withheld: the only dimension set we can trace comes from an aftermarket equivalent, and a copied figure is not evidence. Those values are confirmed against the manufacturer specification for your build and stated in your quotation.

A cross-reference is a shortlist to check, not a statement of equivalence. Lists differ between sellers; some add Cummins 4939749 or 5263190. Verify a number with the filter lookup; quality control covers pre-shipment checks. Order the number you can evidence; accept a substitution only when the quotation names it.
Cummins ISX11.9 / ISX12 / X12 (ISX15 and ISC/ISL also cited)
Applications are engine-led: primarily Cummins ISX11.9, ISX12 and X12 engines in trucks, buses and industrial duty. Some catalogues also cite ISX15 and ISC/ISL applications. The same family reaches generator-set and plant duty; confirm those on the machine’s own record, not on the filter’s.
Industrial cross-references also require a check against the machine’s parts record.
We check each line against the parts record and the housing, then state the offered item, maker, complete number, quantity and delivery terms.
Availability is confirmed against your list. No real-time stock feed is published.
Request a QuoteThe suffix is not explained by any listing. Some distributors carry it as a distinct part; most catalogues drop it; one source ties it to Mack-application engines. Confirm the complete number on the old element against the build record rather than assuming the two are the same.
Different engine generations. CV50634 is a legacy ISM/ISX breather; CV50626-MF is the 2010-and-later ISX11.9/ISX12/X12 element. Different envelope and housing — not interchangeable.
Primarily the Cummins 11.9 L ISX (ISX11.9), ISX12 and X12 family. Some catalogues also list ISX15 and ISC/ISL applications. Confirm the build and the housing rather than relying on the engine name alone.
2869874 and 2895324 are the engine-maker numbers most often cited for the same position; 4939749 and 5263190 also appear. Check them against the build record.
The element. The housing is a separate assembly, 2895323 / CV50625, and may not be offered in the aftermarket. Confirm which one your service event replaces.
Send the engine model, build number and the complete number printed on the element you are removing.
We will confirm the offered item, maker, complete number and terms.
